N. Korea may have fired more missiles
Hello and welcome to a UPI headline update. I'm Kristin Volk on this Thursday, the 7 day of June 2007.
North Korea may have fired short-range missiles into the West Sea today. South Korean officials are confirming this intelligence. They say the country could have fired one or two. A South Korean news agency is reporting that the firing is believed to be a test. This comes two weeks after North Korea fired a short-range missile into the East Sea.

North Korea Conducts Missile Tests
ANCHOR:
South Korean media reports that North Korea has fired two missiles into the Yellow Sea as part of routine military maneuvers. American and Japanese troops are closely monitoring the situation, but see no immediate threat.
STORY:
The North fired the missiles yesterday into the Yellow Sea
as part of routine military training.
[Kim Ho-nyeon, South Korean Unification Ministry]:
"We understand the missile-firing as a usual military exercise
routine. The North usually holds winter training with short-range
missiles."
But South Korean defense officials are not confirming the report.
The missile tests come as the U.S. Navy presents its ships in the area for South Korean review. About 28,500 American soldiers are stationed in South Korea to support the country's...

North Korea raises tension with a missile launch
Anna Chan:
North Korea has test-launched several short-range missiles today in what analysts say is a show of anger towards Washington and South Korea. Here's more.
The launch comes one day after the North expelled South Korean officials from a joint industrial complex. The new government in Seoul has told its communist neighbors to clean up its human rights abuses and get on with nuclear disarmament talks.
South Korean officials say the missile launches were part of a military exercise.

South Korean President Response to North

Today South Korea's president rebuffed the latest taunts from North Korea. President Lee Myung-bak is telling his communist neighbor to change its tone and get back to serious dialogue.
In the past week, the North has hurled personal insults at President Lee Myung-bak, tested missiles and threatened to reduce the wealthy South to ashes.

U.S. Nuclear Talks with North Korea
ANCHOR:
The top U.S. nuclear negotiator met with his North Korean counterpart in Singapore on Tuesday with hopes of reviving stalled disarmament talks. Here's more.
STORY:
U.S. Assistant Secretary of State, Christopher Hill said he was unsure about the meeting with North Korea's Kim Kye-gwan. The meeting comes at a time of heightened tension after North Korea's missile tests and threat to attack the South.
Hill urges for a return to six-nation talks which have been held up by North Korea's overdue declaration on its nuclear activities.

UFO Coverup at Nuke Missile Sites
America's nuke missile sites have been disapproportionally sighting UFO's. On several critial times(Korea and Vietnam Wars) the missiles had been shutdown by strong magnetic-electric pulses when UFOs were observed above the nuke missile silos.
One thing we do know for sure is that no nuke weapons were used in both Korea and Vietnam wars by America.
