The document also hints at a secret agreement between Japan and the United States to bring nuclear weapons into Japan. Japan asks India to abide by joint moratorium on nuke tests Tokyo, October 23 (ANI): Japanese Prime Minister on Wednesday said that his country expected India to abide by a unilateral moratorium on atomic tests.
