General Strike in Korea 1996-97
In December 1996 and January 1997, South Korea experienced the largest organized strike in its history, when workers in the automotive and shipbuilding industries refused to work in protest against a law which was to make firing employees easier for employers and curtail labor organizing rights. Among other things, the Korean government intended to postpone the legal recognition of the recently established Korean Confederation of Trade Unions until the year 2000. The officially recognized Federation of Korean Trade Unions then called upon its 1.2 million members to go on strike on December 26. This was its first call for a general strike since the union's founding in 1962. After a single day, the strikes started spreading to other sectors including hospitals. On December 28, South...

Japanese essay by General Tamogami, part two Pearl Harbor
Japanese General Toshio Tamogami of the Japanese Air Force (ASDF Air Self-Defense Force) wrote an essay titled, Was Japan an Aggressor Nation. In this essay General Tamogami offers the opinion that the actions in Asia during and before World War Two were not due to Japanese aggression and that the attack upon Pearl Harbor, Japan was tricked into it by United States President Franklyn Roosevelt. This video does not address the Asian aspect of Japanese activities as it does address the Pearl Harbor part of the essay. This essay caused stern criticism from China and South Korea. It also caused General Tamogami to lose his position. Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso dismissed the General from his position Please understand this video makes no attempt to address or absolve any...

General Kim Jong Il Sun Of The 21st Century
Dear Leader Comrade Generalissimo Kim Jong Il the brilliant statesman, political genius, prodigious humanist, and invincible military commander is the Sun of the 21st Century whom all Korean people love and adore, showing the deep respect and proper admiration for his greatness that has no equal in the world. This film shows that all south Koreans yearn with intense genuine sincerity for the leadership of Dear Leader Kim Jong Il and without the criminal brutal genocidal US imperialist military occupation that has made millions of south Koreans die over the years, the whole of Korea would be reunified under the Banner of Songun held aloft by the warm fatherly Leader.

filiz pamukkale üniversitesi Uyghuristan is an Occupied Country Uyghuristan has been the home of Uyghurs for at least 2000 years, and remained as a free and independent country during the most period of those 2000 years. However, the Chinese has been claiming that Uyghuristan is an ancient and inseparable part of China. Historical facts clearly show that such a claim by China is based on a false interpretation of history and grounded in the hope that suppression and assimilation will eventually establish this distortion as legitimate in the eyes of the world. The invasion of Uyghuristan by Han Chinese started in 104 B.C., and Uyghuristan was occupied several times by Chinese solders, but none of these occupation lasted for long. The following are some historical facts...
