Babur Cruise Missile Pakistan
Babur (Tiger) is Pakistan's indigenously made cruise missile. It is steered by an inertial navigation system (INS). INS measures every movement of the missile and every change of speed, constantly calculating the missile's position. It is equipped with precision guidance system that allows the missile to hit small targets. It has been powered by cruise turbo-fan engine which enables the missile to reach approximate speed of 880 km/h (550 miles/h). Babur design features can be compared with American BGM-109 Tomahawk cruise missile.

Pakistan tests nuclear-capable cruise missile
Barbur missile's range extended to 700 kilometres Thursday July 26th, 2007 Pakistan test fired its weapon in an undisclosed location. A military statement said it would "consolidate Pakistan's strategic capability and strengthen national security." The new range is enough to reach India's capital New Delhi. Under a deal Pakistan negotiated with India in 1999, each country must warn the other of ballistic tests, but not cruise missiles. Relations between the self-declared nuclear powers remain tense. They have fought three wars since being separated at independence in 1947, and are deadlocked over Kashmir. But neither has tested any underground weapons since 1998. The missile launch comes a day after India's cabinet approved a civilian nuclear deal with the U.S. If approved by the...

Pakistan . ICBMS Nuclear Capable Missile Taimur:
In the future, an even longer-ranged missile is likely, according to the Rumsfeld Commission. Analysts have estimated that Pakistani misisle technology has grown beyond the basic stages and is capable of Intercontinental reach. Pakistan is working on the Taimur Sat. Luanch vehicle which has been kept under close wraps. The space and the ICBM program is closely linked.

Ra'ad Cruise Missile at IDEAS 2008 Pakistan
Ra'ad (Urdu: رعد) (Ra'ad means Thunder in Arabic) is a Pakistani Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM). Presently in its testing stages, the missile is slated to enter service with the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). Though initially launched from a Mirage III ROSE-I fighter, other PAF combat platforms - such as the JF-17 and FC-20 - will likely be equipped with the missile when it enters service. The Ra'ad presently has a range of 350 km. Ra'ad gives Pakistan the capability to successfully attack fixed enemy installations (radar posts, command nodes and stationary surface to air missiles) beyond visual range. The accuracy of the missile is reported to be comparable to Pakistan's Babur cruise missile, which is labeled as having "pinpoint accuracy" by official Pakistani sources. Ra'ad is...

What about the nukes in Pakistan?
Our worst nightmare. This clip on the news this morning made me think about the fact that Pakistan has nukes. What is the problem with that? Nothing, as long as Musharraf is in power. But should radicals take over the government of Pakistan, and have control of nuclear-tipped missiles, that would make the problem with Iran look like nothing right now.

abdul quadeer khan, pakistan, nuclear wal mart and red chinese
This is a funny but very important video. Facts presented are accurate and serious. AQ khan got access to uranium enrichment technology in the west, which he proliferated left (china, north korea) right (libya, iran, saudi arabia) and center (pakistan, al quaeda, talib). China indeed has been the vicious joker in the pack. China has been proliferating weapons of mass destruction to keep her strategic competitors under check. It has transferred and proliferated weapons of mass destruction to proven rogue regimes; while at the same time being brutal with its own minority east turkistan population. In China muslim population in 1938 was ~50 million. Now it is in the 15-20 million range. (Contrast this with democratic India. Muslim population in 1947 was less than 30 million and it is...
