Ecuador’s and Bolivia’s Presidents may not last two more years. Hugo Chaves is little more than a clown and traditional South American Caudillo. He is dangerous mostly to his own people and to himself when oil prices inevitably fall. I would not give you a dime for the Cuban Communist Party when Castro stops breathing.
