Energy chief in oil price warning - Dec 19 2008
The world's top oil producers and consumers have met in London to discuss ways to stabilise the price of oil as its value continues to plummet.
The meeting in the British capital was attended by energy ministers from 27 nations and representatives from some of the world's biggest oil companies. Hamish MacDonald spoke Nobuo Tanaka, executive director of the International Energy Agency, to discuss the continuing price fall.
