Russia To Upgrade Topol-M ICBM in Coming Years

Russia will equip its Topol-M intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) with multiple independently targetable warheads within two to three years, Col. Gen. Nikolai Solovtsov, the commander of the Strategic Rocket Forces, told journalists at the forcesâ€™ base in Vlasikha May 7.
