Belarus may host Russian missiles
Russian Iskander missiles could be supplied to Belarus in response to U.S. plans for a missile shield, according to Russia's Defence Ministry. A spokesman says it would also compensate for nuclear and conventional missiles destroyed as part of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty with the U.S.

We'll host Russian missile system - Syria
Syria says it's ready to put a Russian missile system on its soil as a counterweight to U.S. plans to deploy a missile shield in Poland and the Czech Republic. The offer was made during a meeting between Syrian leader Bashar Asad and President Dmitry Medvedev in the Black Sea resort of Sochi.
Meanwhile, Moscow is considering a request from Syria for more Russian-made weapons.
It was the first meeting between the two leaders, and President Al-Asad was keen to show Syria's support for Russia.
"We understand what is behind Russia's position ... We believe this is a response to Georgian provocation. We support Moscow in this and are against any attempts to blacken Russia," Al-Assad said.

Russia's Foreign Ministry fears the deployment of a U.S. missile shield just 70 kilometres from its border will lead to an arms race in Europe and beyond.
The statement came after Washington and Warsaw signed a deal to place 10 missile interceptors in Poland, and strengthen military ties between the two countries. A corresponding radar station is to be deployed in the Czech Republic.
Moscow accuses the U.S. of attempting to disrupt balance and stability in the world. On the Wednesday, the day the agreement was signed, oil prices soared to $115 a barrel in response to increased political tensions.
According to Russia, the U.S. missile shield in Europe has nothing to do with threats from Iran as the Middle Eastern state is many years from having the capability to deliver missile strikes...

Russia is not isolated. Belarus, Syria and Venezuela have express their full support to Russia publicly. And it is obvious that other countries will support Russia politically as well.

Russia & Belarus unite against western pressure
Russia and Belarus have shown a united front during the visit of Sergey Lavrov. Russia's Foreign Minister was in Minsk to discuss opposition to the U.S. anti-missile shield in Europe and joint foreign policy over the next two years.

The S-300 is a series of Russian long range surface-to-air missile systems by the Almaz Scientific Industrial Corporation all based on the initial S-300P version. It was developed as a system against aircraft and cruise missiles for the Soviet Air Defence Forces, but later variations were also developed to intercept ballistic missiles.
'S-300 was adopted by the USSR in 1979, the Defense Designed for large industrial and administrative facilities, military bases and control of items strikes forces airspace attack of enemy. Capable of destroying ballistic and missile targets....
