Occorre avere: 2kg di farina di grano duro - Lievito di birra (esatta dose per il pane e si procede allo stesso modo), crusca (facoltativo), Olio extravergine di oliva, un forno... (se a legna meglio). Dopo aver messo l'acqua e sciolto dentro il lievito di birra, si prepara l'impasto esattamente come per il pane. Durante l'impasto si aggiungono dai 3 ai 4 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva (in alcune città abbondano). I tempi di lievitazione sono vari e a seconda delle usanze. Diciamo...
