You will find the Article I am discussing. It basically states that we have been & are currently blackmailing all the Banks of the World into not doing any business with Iran. Thus, making an attempt to devastate their economy. They are using "The Patriot Act" as their leverage. Threatening to "blacklist" any bank that has any financial dealings with Iran. They are preaching that Iran is laundering money for terrorists, ironically, much like Bush's grandfather did for the Nazi's during WWII. It's true, look it up. His bank laundered Nazi money.

Iranian AIDS Organization wins UN Award
The United Nations awarded a Red Ribbon to an Iranian organization yesterday, as the 17th International AIDS conference, which began on 3 August and will close today, continued in Mexico City.
UNAIDS also granted special recognition to Hamyaran Mosbat [Positive Friends], an organization in the northeastern city of Mashhad, which employs only HIV positive employees. Four other community organizations from Ghana, India, Mexico, and Malawi also received special recognition for supporting HIV positive individuals with their activities.

The Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF) (Persian: نیروی هوایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران) is the aviation branch of the Iranian armed forces.
The IRIAF came into being when the former Imperial Iranian Air Force (IIAF) was re-named following the Islamic Revolution in Iran, in February 1979.
This "new" Iranian air force largely inherited the equipment and structure of the former IIAF, even losing most of its leading officers in the course of post-revolutionary chaos, as well as due to the prosecution of those considered as loyal to the Shah, pro-U.S. or elsewhere by the new government in Tehran.

America's Financial Crisis
Last Friday, the U.S. federal government took control of the Pasadena, California, based IndyMac Bank, signifying the second-largest bank failure in U.S. history. The largest U.S. mortgage lenders Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are also in big financial trouble. The third largest U.S. investment bank Merrill Lynch is $10 billion in debt. More than 300 U.S. banks might fail over the next few years. The US. is facing a global crisis to fund its $700 billion (!) account deficit. Especially Europe is upset with America's irresponsible financial dealings and is looking for alternatives. What DOES the future hold for all of us?

Germany plays down sanctions, hopes for progress in talks
Major powers are still hoping for a concrete and positive answer to an incentives package offered to Iran in June, but they may mull more sanctions if talks yield no progress, Germany said today.
A German Foreign Ministry Spokesman said: A substantial offer from the EU is on the table. We are still in talks with Iran to receive a concrete and we hope positive response to this offer. This has until now been lacking.
But Germany did not rule out the possibility of a fourth round of sanctions, saying that if talks yield no progress, the Security Council would become more relevant again.

Iranian Shahab 3B Missile test fire
The Iranian Shahab-3 [alternatively designated Zelzal (Earthquake)] missile is said to be a derivative of the 1,000-1,300 kilometer range North Korean Nodong-1. The Nodong missile was developed by North Korea with Iranian financial assistance. Around one year ago Iran claimed for the first time to have developed and produced a laser gyroscope INS system coupled with GPS as backup. With that guidance system, the Shahab-3B could archive an accuracy of around 30-50m CEP or even less. This new improved accuracy was apparently the reason why the warhead weight has been significantly decreased - to suggested 500kg. This, namely, is sufficient for pin-point target attack capability.
