Istruzioni per le friselle.

Si comincia con un paio di Kg di farina di grano duro - Possibilmente integrale e non OgM :) Si può anche aggiungere della crusca alla farina. senza esagerare perché può restare un sapore leggermente amaro. In Grecia si usa. Nel Salento no.
Occorre avere: 2kg di farina di grano duro - Lievito di birra (esatta dose per il pane e si procede allo stesso modo), crusca (facoltativo), Olio extravergine di oliva, un forno... (se a legna meglio).
Dopo aver messo l'acqua e sciolto dentro il lievito di birra, si prepara l'impasto esattamente come per il pane.
Durante l'impasto si aggiungono dai 3 ai 4 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva (in alcune città abbondano). I tempi di lievitazione sono vari e a seconda delle usanze. Diciamo...

P.S. Best metal-bands comes easily from Finland, German and Italy. Worst ones which i know are from U.S.A., Great Britainn and Norway. Sweden have no totally shit but not anything great, either.
