Asia Cup International Law Moot Court - Verapat part 1

This is the first part of the pleading, in which Verapat argued that Rodmania has to extradite Dr. Hattin under the third Geneva Convention, the first Additional Protocol, as well as under Customary International Law, primarily focusing on the principle of aut dedere aut judicare (a state must either extradite or prosecute). Significant amount of attention was also given to considerations of the medical standard during war time.
