an old video of mine recorded by our camera recorder yes, but this is a childhood memory of mine and is also a childhood memory to a lot of kids that have lived in Lebanon during those years.

The year 1971 was one of the most prosperous and happy years in Lebanon.At that year in particular,political calm and stability was prevailent in Lebanon,many tourists came to visit the country in that year.Numerous cultural events took place .Many plays,operettes and songs,performed by famous artists were mostly produced in 1971 ,Perhaps ,the most remarkable event in that year,was the election of Miss Lebanon ,Georgina Rizk as Miss Universe for 1971.

Civil War in Lebanon لبنان News Anchor slams Hezbollah
The only woman who comes to mind while watching this video of Lebanese TV presenter Sahar Al-Khatib is Wafa Sultan. I have never seen any other woman in the Arab world with the poise and the you-know-what to put the terrorists in their place. In this clip, which was shown (apparently live) on Lebanon's LBC TV on May 9 (this past Friday) Al-Khatib blasts Lebanon's opposition leaders (Hezbullah and Amal) following the shutting down of the pro-government Future TV by the supposedly neutral Lebanese army and Hezbullah.
If this woman is willing to talk to Israelis (unlike the crying fool who is Lebanon's Prime Minister), I'll bet we could find her work with a much more open media here in Israel. I'd go to bat for her.

Civil War in Lebanon Hezbollah Shuts Down Pro Government TV
There is officially a war on in Lebanon. At least eleven people have been killed in fighting today as Hezbullah and its allies in Amal have gained control of some neighborhoods in Beirut. Among other things, Hezbullah and its allies have succeeded in shutting down the pro-government Future TV network. Let's go to the videotape to see that, and then I will have more.
