I managed to keep my hips and shoulders moving in a more uniform fashion, but my hips are still rising too fast. I am not sure if it is a structure issue like torso length to femur length, a strength imbalance, I am leaning towards weak hamstrings, a descent issue, or both of these. It may also be flexibility or leaning forward to compensate for the possibility of falling backwards or bar slide on my shoulders. Russian SQ/BP w4d1a Heavy SQ I was particularly unhappy with this workout. I am finding that any- thing over 3 reps on squat or dead lift and my form goes to crap. If you guys would can you throw in your two cents. Do you have the same prob- lem with squats and deads? I realize GPP may also be a big issue, but I am just seeing how everyone else feels about higher reps on squats and deads.
