International Conflict, Western World Threats and Geopolitical Intelligence
Last Friday the Daily Telegraph reported Teheran has surreptitiously removed a sufficient amount of uranium from its nuclear production facility in Isfahan to produce six nuclear bombs. Given Iran’s already acknowledged uranium enrichment capabilities, the Telegraph’s report indicates that the Islamic Republic is now in the late stages of assembling nuclear bombs.
It would be a simple matter for Iran to assemble those bombs without anyone noticing.

Countering a Nuclear-Armed Iran Iran is still several years away from developing a nuclear weapons option, but the Western diplomatic strategy of threatening sanctions and offering multilateral negotiations to force Iran to suspend its enrichment program does not appear to be effective. Unless significantly greater sanctions are applied, Iran is likely to continue to work on overcoming technical problems and installing greater enrichment capacity under international inspections. If the current trajectory is not changed, we will eventually face a choice between acquiescing to Iran obtaining a nuclear weapons break out option or using military force to destroy Iran's nuclear facilities. London 24th February 2007 Demonstration On 24th February 2007 60,000 people marched through the streets of London in protest at the UK Governments policies on Iraq, Iran and nuclear weapons. The country wants Troops out of Iraq, no attack on Iran and no new nuclear weapons in the UK. We want our taxes spent on education and health care not supporting in the US in empire building and using the UK as a nuclear missile silo. We do not want a replacement for Trident nuclear weapons which the UK hasn't even got control over. We do not want to support George Bush's plan to invade Iran.
