If the Nile rises by even a few centimeters then it will overflow its banks leaving 5 to 6 million people homeless. And that scenario is precisely what the future will bring due to climate change (global warming).
The top three areas affected by climate change: Mekong Delta (Vietnam), Ganges Delta (Bangladesh) and Nile Delta (Egypt).
