As the financial crisis deepens, the World Bank is issuing even bleaker warnings about rising poverty and hunger in the developing world. Initially, it estimated that 46 million people in developing countries could be pushed into poverty. Now, that level is up another 7 million.

I have a comprehensive proposal on how to reduce food crisis though it will require discipline. Swine flu now the rate of spread is more higher than that of the bird flu though both are caused by the same partogen. What is the way forward when people cannot rear poultry birds and pigs because of this zoonotic disease. Well there is local treatment for it though as not been officially tested.
