Liberals cannot see the difference between Israel and Iran. If you have to ask why Israel gets a pass then there is no answer that will satisfy you.
Conservatives have no problem understanding why Israel gets a pass, because there is a big difference between Israel and Iran.
The article is right about the Middle East blowing up and causing the next world war. All indicators point to the Middle East as the most important flash point on the planet.

The war of words continues unabated with regard to Iran’s nuclear intentions. The rhetoric emanating from the leaders of Iran, Israel and the United States is filled with suspicion, distrust and dangerous saber rattling. The tensions are rapidly escalating to the point that just one small spark could ignite a Middle East inferno that could escalate into the next world war.

Excellent article. It is true that ALL nations must agree to live by the law (such as it is) or we will have a situation in the future where NO nation will be living by any international laws. The World cannot afford a situation where one nation is granted exception to the rules that all others must adhere to.
With that said…there is simply no way it seems to get Israel to abide by the laws that other nations must abide by. The reason for this is very simple…Israel controls the US Government. In October 1991 Ariel Sharon (the leader of Israel) said so himself.
While speaking to the Israeli cabinet he told Shimon Peres…”DON’T WORRY ABOUT THE AMERICANS, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING…WE THE JEWISH PEOPLE CONTROL AMERICA AND THE AMERICANS KNOW IT”…..this can easily be confirmed online. Just Google it.
With this situation in place Israel with the backing of the US Congress is never going to abide by any international rules, laws or whatever. Only when the American economy really begins to fold will Israel change.
Iran’s primary threat is to the US economy. By refusing to use the Dollar as its reserve currency (just like Iraq did under Saddam Hussein)and by not owing anything to the World Bank it paves the way for others to follow.
Iran has said it doesn’t want useless Dollars.
When the World turns from the Dollar the US Empire collapses and Israel is left standing pretty much alone. That’s when things will change and Israel knows it.
