The only real options are doing nothing or bomb North Korea. Doing nothing may mean some diplomatic options that delay the NK nuclear program, but that route has been done to death. It doesn’t work. Any kind of diplomatic option is basically a do nothing option. The only real option is effectively nuking NK’s known nuclear sites. Anybody up for that?

If the bombing option is bad now, what will it be like later? Also, NK is just Iran’s nuclear and missile laboratory. Failure to take out NK now means that by 2030 Iran will probably have a few hundred nuclear tipped missiles.

After I am done blaming China and Russia, I assign more blame on Bill Clinton for this current mess. I was outraged that he did nothing in the 90s to effectively address the NK problem. His solution was the basically the do nothing option which hid behind the diplomatic option.
