Undercover Homeland Security investigators trying to sneak mock knives, guns and explosives past TSA agents at airports reportedly were successful around third-quarters of the time, according to multiple reports of a classified briefing that was given to a House committee.

What we learn here is that the government won’t protect you. It just pretends to protect you. It’s too busy playing political correctness games to get serious about protecting you. This problem applies to terrorism in general. It applies to border control. It applies to US nuclear forces. And it applies to the military in general. When was the last time the military actually won a war?
In my opinion, from a security perspective the US is in trouble. I would say the same for the entire West.
