MOSCOW. Sept 19 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian Defense Ministry is seriously concerned by the proposed location of U.S. bases in Bulgaria and Romania, Maj. Gen. Vladimir Nikishin, a representative of the Defense Ministry’s Main International Military Cooperation Department, said on Wednesday.
