UAE aircraft stirs turbulence in China-India relations – upiasia.com

Latvia figured out that these shelters were pointless. They will only accommodate 5 percent of Latvia’s population, so why bother?
Why is it that Western countries never built that many nuclear bomb shelters, and the few they did build have fallen into disrepair?

Israel suspected in Sudan air strikes

A Sudanese official said Thursday that hundreds of people were killed early this year when foreign warplanes bombed three convoys smuggling African migrants through Sudan along with weapons that were apparently destined for the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip.
